Installation of basement partitions

Number of apartments 161 (plus day care with 4 groups)

BRI total approx. 75,000 m3 of which underground car park approx. 11,000 m3

GFA total approx. 24,000 m2, of which underground parking approx. 3,500m2

Building heights of approx. 13 m to 55 m above OK grounds (ancillary facilities up to approx. 4 m)

The following services are to be offered for the construction project:

Basement partitions with steel slats for a total of 161 apartments, divided into 5 houses,

Slat height up to 2.50m, room heights up to 4.0m incl. doors, ELT mounting plates and license plates

180+385+115+265+305+475+95+47,5+15 = 1.407,5m2

The execution of the work is to begin on 20.03.2023 with the assembly at BT B / C / A, subsequently the work will be carried out at BT D and E. Completion must take place by 27.10.2023.
