This contract relates to the supply of temporary staff providing bar services and cocktail services.The tasks entrusted are mainly server missions, as described in the CCTP. *In the context of this procedure, the contracting authority sets up a multi-award framework agreement under Article L2125-1 1° of the CCP. Unless insufficient applications are made, the framework agreement is concluded with 3 economic operators.In accordance with Articles R2162-2 paragraph 2 and R2162-3 of the CCP and the following articles applicable to such contracts, it aims to establish all the contractual stipulations governing the services concerned and will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders.When a need arises, the buyer will first address the holder whose offer has been ranked first. If the latter does not have the capacity to respond to the expressed need within the time limits set, or in the absence of a response on his part within the fixed terms, the buyer will address the holder according to the same procedure, so the offer has been classified in second place and so on. *the framework agreement runs from its notification for a period of 12 months.It may be renewed 3 times, in successive periods of 12 months.The renewal is considered accepted if no written decision to the contrary is taken by the contracting authority at least 5 months before the end of the current period. * the deadline for the execution of the services will be fixed in each order form, in accordance with the clauses of the Cctp. * The execution of the principal services of this contract will be made at the following address:The Jacobins ConventCongress Center of Rennes Metropole20 place St Anne35000 Rennes The holder may however be called upon to intervene punctually, at the express request of the buyer, in the other buildings in which it carries out its activities.
