The local government of Kampenhout has several construction sites in progress and several projects in the research and design phase. To support the infrastructure team in the technical and administrative follow-up of these projects, the municipality is looking for a consultant/project manager with part-time presence (50%).

This part-time assignment includes site follow-up and the supervision of technical and administrative follow-up of current and new projects relating to road and sewerage projects.

This concerns both new construction and maintenance work and management works on existing infrastructure, roads, greenery, utilities.

The candidate must:

- be present part-time (50%) with flexibility depending on the progress and continuity of the sites or projects (daily regime of an average of 7.5 hours)

- organize and attend information meetings (also in the evening)

- provide support in case of calamities and urgent interventions 7/7 days – 24/24h – on site within a maximum of 20 minutes
