Essentially, the following services are to be performed:

- Overhaul coatings on walls and ceilings, approx. 1,050 m²

- Repainting of plasterboard walls, approx. 220 m²

- Repainting of plasterboard ceilings, approx. 300 m²

- Painting of steel frames (101 x 201 mm), 6 pcs

- acrylate and silicone joints, each approx. 60 m;

The district of Bad Tölz - Wolfratshausen will dismantle, dispose of and rebuild the entire swimming pool including all technical facilities. The swimming pool body will also be redone. The reason for this is the already considerable age of the plant. In addition to the dismantling of the swimming pool and the installation of a stainless steel swimming pool with new shower and ancillary rooms, damage to the adjacent gym must also be repaired in the short term. For this purpose, the painting work that has been announced here and is to be put out to tender in the course of procurement is required (see II. 1.4).
