The subject of this award procedure is the award of requirements management services in accordance with the service profile for the STRzero Terminal at Stuttgart Airport.
Stuttgart Airport plans to reduce its CO2 emissions to an absolute minimum by 2040 and thus contribute to achieving the country's climate protection targets.
One of the measures required for this is terminal development. It includes a comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of the existing terminal facilities and is divided into sub-projects to ensure ongoing operations. The measure interferes with the security area of the airport.
The aim is energy optimisation against the background of the targeted climate neutrality by 2040 as well as structural and procedural improvement.
The construction task is divided into the following subprojects:
Conversion and renovation of Terminal 1 landside – construction phase 1,
Conversion and refurbishment of Terminal 1 airside – construction phase 4,
Conversion and refurbishment of Terminal 2 (land and airside) – construction phase 3,
Conversion and development of Terminal 4 – Construction phase 2
The planned gross floor area (GFA) of Terminals 1, 2 and 4 is approx. 90,000 m².
Planning of the measure is scheduled to begin in 2024. The structural implementation is to take place successively from 2027. Further details on the timeframe can be found in the document "STRzeroT_Allgemeine Project Information".
For the implementation of the overall measure (terminal development 1, 2 and 4), a total budget of approx. EUR 350,000,000 (KG 200-600) is currently assumed.
The subject of this award procedure is the award of requirements management services in accordance with the performance profile for the above-mentioned measure. A step-by-step commissioning of the work phases is planned.
