The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework contract with a single contractor for the execution of routing activities and postal services for which the municipal administration of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean acts as a purchasing center. The contract includes:

- collection of unpaid postal items from the adjudicator at the dates and places to be agreed;

- franking of unpaid postal items collected in accordance with the standards of the postal service provider responsible for delivery to recipients;

- The transport and delivery of franked postal items to a company competent for the provision of postal services. This service provider ensures distribution to recipients.
