With this negotiated procedure with participation competition, the phase confirmation of interest and phase of the offer phase are mapped. Only those companies that have expressed their interest in form and in due time will be invited to participate in the participation competition/confirmation of interest and will have access to the complete final procurement documents. Other/other companies are not entitled to participate in the procedure!!!

Within the framework of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG), Hannover Medical School intends to procure software for a clinical workstation system as well as all necessary services (such as customizing, training, data migration and software maintenance). The KHZG MUSS criteria for funding element 2 must be fulfilled for this purpose. This includes software for recording and processing all necessary data of the admission process in the administrative and clinical area. The product is intended to digitally reflect the processes in the outpatient clinics and the wards and efficiently support the communication of relevant data with the payers, upstream service providers and further treatment facilities. The needs of the MHH are to be optimally mapped in the software. The aim is to establish and use a clinical workplace system as the basis for all internal hospital processes, including service documentation, which contribute to relieving and accelerating administrative tasks and support the patient before and during his treatment process.
