The procurement aims at purchasing services for maintenance and enhancement of the content and features of the system RuleCheck as an online, offline and mobile application.

The procurement intends to establish a framework contract for RuleCheck:

(a) maintenance, which includes the content update of the system and covers the services for corrective and preventive changes of the system; and

(b) enhancement, which covers the services for additions, changes or deletions of the content, technical or functional features of the system, including the development of stand-alone sub-systems.
