The framework agreement relates to the supply, evolution and maintenance of server infrastructures, licenses and equipment for the Information System of La Cité des Congrès de Nantes. This procedure concerns only the award of lot 3 "Workstation supplies", declared discontinued for reasons of general interest due to insufficient competition on 12 October 2022.

The services of lot 3 "Workstation supplies" give rise to a framework agreement, purchase orders and subsequent contracts in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 et seq. of the Public Order Code. It is concluded with several successful tenderers, a maximum of two (2) subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. The candidates who will occupy the first two positions in the final ranking of tenders at the consultation stage shall be the successful tenderers of this Framework Agreement.
