1. The Purchaser (Beneficiary) is obliged to purchase from the Contractor (Financing Party), and the Contractor (Financing Party) is obliged to sell the Purchaser (Beneficiary) ownership rights to the subject of the lease after the end of the lease period on the terms specified in the contract. The Contractor (Financing Party) is obliged to transfer the ownership of the subject of the lease within one month from the date of expiry of the lease agreement, only on condition that the Employer repays all receivables resulting from the lease agreement.
2. The subject of the lease remains the property of the Contractor for the duration of the contract.
3. Lease installments will be paid monthly for a period of 59 months in equal amounts.
The fees will remain unchanged throughout the duration of the contract (fixed interest rate).

6. The ordering party (Beneficiary) shall be obliged to carry out repairs and maintenance of the agricultural tractor. Maintenance and repairs will be carried out to the extent that it allows the vehicle to be kept in good condition, taking into account its depreciation.
7. VAT will apply to all fees resulting from applicable tax regulations.
