Organisation and implementation of trilateral youth meetings of the partner regions North Rhine-Westphalia, Hauts-de-France (France) and Silesia (Poland) in the so-called Regional Weimar Triangle in the years 2023 to 2025

The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with the following services in order to fulfil the objectives described in the initial situation (Section 2 of the LB). At this point, the description of the object of performance is divided into the following areas:

- Teilnehmerakquise

- Organization (organizational preparation)

- Preparation of the content of the meeting

- Execution of the meeting

- as well as follow-up of the meeting

- Coordination with clients and partner regions or organisations

- Press and public relations

subdivided. The required performance varies between the years in which Hauts-de-France or Silesia will be the host regions and the year in which North Rhine-Westphalia itself will be the host region. A detailed division of tasks can be found in points 3.1 to 3.7 of the LB. The services are provided exclusively. They are retrieved by the client as required.

It is intended to conclude an order processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
