Commissioning of an IT service provider for the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation of Stadtwerke Heidelberg (SWHD):

SWHD uses an SAP ECC 6.0 Enhancement Package 0 as its core system. The subject of the award is all necessary services for the timely and timely implementation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation. The contractor is responsible for the transfer of the SAP R/3 system (ERP or Core) previously in use to a new SAP S/4HANA system (on premise). This includes the implementation project, the development of the solution (including technical concept) and the operation in the ASP service model.

The contract is awarded in a negotiated procedure essentially on the basis of the bill of quantities, which describes the essential requirements for the implementation project (including migration), the application or system characteristics (IT level) and process mapping (according to the technical concept) as well as for the infrastructure, technical operation and application support.
