1. The subject of the order is the execution of design documentation and comprehensive implementation of the investment task, including the supply, installation, and commissioning of electricity storage systems.
2. The order involves:
1) conducting the necessary formal and legal procedures and obtaining the required approvals, permits, decisions, or administrative rulings;
2) conducting the necessary formal and legal procedures and obtaining the required changes to the connection conditions to the distribution network;
3) developing and implementing a schedule for the execution of the installation of the electricity storage system from the photovoltaic installation and connecting it to the existing electricity infrastructure and PV installations;
4) developing project documentation for the task, including construction designs from the electricity sector concerning the installation of the electricity storage system from the photovoltaic installation and connecting it to the existing electricity infrastructure and PV installations, along with the required construction documentation;
5) developing and implementing a work schedule that includes the preparation of formal documents and obtaining all necessary entries, approvals, and technical conditions;
6) purchasing necessary equipment and materials and completing the supply;
7) performing necessary construction and installation works;
8) performing the installation of the electricity storage system from the PV installation and connecting it to the existing electricity infrastructure and PV installations;
9) commissioning the installed equipment and completed installations;
10) executing and delivering the as-built documentation necessary for the proper use of the installation by users;
11) developing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works;
12) conducting the necessary formal and legal procedures involving the reporting of the energy storage installation to the OSD and obtaining entry into the appropriate registers;
13) providing necessary training for the staff;
14) providing service for 5 years from the moment of commissioning the installation for use.
3 The order includes the execution of complete construction documentation and the execution of the works listed below in the scope of:
1) delivery and installation of the electricity storage system installations operating for existing photovoltaic installations;
2) delivery and installation of energy management systems (EMS).
