Building Engineering Maintenance. Avon and Somerset and Devon and Cornwall have an ongoing requirement for the servicing of mechanical and electrical and associated assets of its premises. At this time there are approx. 200 police buildings across the two participating Force areas which are rural, urban and coastal.
