Establishment of a dynamic procurement system, the subject of which is "Procurement of IT products for educational and research purposes and related services within the framework of a dynamic procurement system for the University of Szeged" The creation of this DBR is aimed at the procurement of products that are not covered by the centralized public procurement system applicable to the contracting authority, and which are not available. The contracting authority will, in all cases, upon the emergence of the specific procurement demand, examine, in light of the exact technical content, whether the procurement need falls under the relevant, currently applicable centralized public procurement or not, and whether it can be implemented under its framework, and exclusively those products will be procured under the DBR that do not belong to the centralized public procurement at the time of the emergence of the specific procurement need or are not available. The contracting authority will present in the Procurement Documents the product categories and their characteristics for which a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DBR) is to be established for the procurement of IT products and services. During the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority will provide a detailed technical description and contractual conditions regarding the specific procurements to be implemented in the system to the Bidders participating in the DBR, at the same time as sending out the call for bids, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Kbt. Quantity: The estimated value of the procurements concerned in the DBR, i.e. the estimated quantity of the DBR is expected to be net 1,870,708,791 HUF/3 years, concerning the full 52-month duration of the DBR. The estimated quantity defined in the DBR is indicative, recorded based on experiences from previous years, from which the contracting authority may deviate during the duration of the DBR according to its specific procurement needs, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Kbt. The product categories defined in the DBR, as detailed descriptions of the product categories are included in the procurement documentation: – Desktop branded computers and their accessories – Portable computers and their accessories – Other IT devices – TVs, monitors, and their accessories, supplements – Smart devices and accessories – Projectors and their accessories, parts, supplements – Interactive boards, displays, and their accessories – Special educational devices – Servers, data storage devices and parts, accessories – Network active and passive devices – Security technology devices – Telecommunications devices – Cameras, camcorders and their accessories – Audio devices – Data carriers – Low/high-performance printing devices – Original toners and ink cartridges for printers and photocopiers – Aftermarket toners and ink cartridges for printers and photocopiers – Batteries, accumulators, chargers, uninterruptible power supplies – Software and licenses and related services for the above-mentioned categories of IT devices, including insurance for the IT device according to the technical description specified during the bidding phase. The Bidder is obliged to offer new, unopened, and unused products suitable for intended use to the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority does not provide the opportunity for the offering of used (or even refurbished) products. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Kbt., that during the implementation of the DBR, simultaneously with sending out the call for bids, to determine the possibilities for partial bidding depending on the subject and nature of the specific procurements.
