Framework Agreement for the Provision of Civil Engineering and Pipeline Construction Services - TRB (Lot 1).
The subject of this tender is a framework agreement divided into three lots: Lot 1: Provision of civil engineering and pipeline construction services in the supply networks for gas, water, district heating, and electricity of Stadtwerke Ratingen GmbH, including new construction and maintenance in the main and distribution network as well as related network connections, and organization and provision of on-call services for civil engineering and pipeline construction services (TRB). Lot 2: Provision of civil engineering and pipeline construction services in the supply networks for gas, water, and electricity of Stadtwerke Ratingen GmbH, including renewal and modification of network connections or fittings, as well as new construction and maintenance in the distribution network and execution of small-scale maintenance measures, for example, on hydrants, valves, or caps (TNI). Lot 3: Provision of civil engineering and cable construction services in the electricity supply network of Stadtwerke Ratingen GmbH, including new construction and maintenance of main lines and network connections as well as network stations, and execution of small-scale maintenance measures, for example, for cable distribution cabinets or lighting poles (TKB). The specified lots will be published separately in distinct project spaces of the German Tender Portal (DTVP) for technical reasons. This contract notification and the associated tender documents uploaded to the DTVP project space refer exclusively to Lot 1. The framework agreement will be concluded in each lot with two companies. The anticipated contract volume will be estimated based on the maximum allowable total duration of the framework agreement of 6 years as follows: - Lot 1: Services worth at least 28.2 million EUR - Lot 2: Services worth at least 9.0 million EUR - Lot 3: Services worth at least 6.6 million EUR For all individual orders based on this framework agreement, the following binding maximum acceptance limits will be set, each based on the total duration of the framework agreement including all possible extensions (excluding VAT): - Lot 1: Services worth at least 39.0 million EUR - Lot 2: Services worth at least 12.0 million EUR - Lot 3: Services worth at least 8.4 million EUR There is no minimum acceptance obligation for Stadtwerke Ratingen GmbH. Stadtwerke Ratingen GmbH is not obliged to award contracts in accordance with this framework agreement under the framework agreement. The framework agreement commences on December 1, 2025, and has a duration of four years. It automatically extends by one additional year unless terminated in writing by the contracting authority six months before expiration, but not exceeding a total period of six years (maximum duration). After the expiration of the maximum duration, the framework agreement ends without the need for termination. The same applies if the stipulated maximum acceptance limit is reached before the expiration of the maximum duration.
