The assignment relates to the sustainability of municipal real estate through glass replacement, (cavity) insulation, and solar panels. Given the different markets, the current assignment is divided into three (3) lots:

School buildings and other non-directly related architectural adjustments are excluded from the scope of the tender.

LOT-0001
Glass Replacement.
Activities related to the removal of existing glass and the delivery and installation of a sustainable variant as well as accompanying work.

LOT-0002
Insulation Works.
Activities related to insulating buildings as well as accompanying work.

LOT-0003
PV Panels.
Activities related to the delivery, installation, and ready-for-use handover of PV panels as well as accompanying work.
