The services, subject to this consultation, relate to project management services for the realization of works aimed at modernizing heating, domestic hot water, air treatment, ventilation and refreshment facilities for the operational services of the city of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Metropole as well as the CMAS de Troyes. In this sense, an order group has been established between these two entities, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of the Public Order Code. The coordinator of the grouping is the city of Troyes. The shared Energy, Climate and Sustainable Development management will be the privileged contact of the holders for the city of Troyes, Troyes Champagne Métropole and CMAS.
