Description:
Project management contract for the rehabilitation of the Pecquencourt operations center

Project management contract, rehabilitation of the upper floor and part of the upper ground floor, renovation of the upstairs facades and the glass roof of the upper ground floor meeting room / dining area, air conditioning of the Pecquencourt operations center.

This consultation has gone to firm phase and optional phases in accordance with articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6. The mission of the project manager will consist of the following elements:

- diagnostic studies (DIA);

- pre-project studies (APS and APD);

- Project studies (Pro);

- assistance for the award of works contracts including the preparation of works DCEs, and the analysis of applications and tenders (ACT);

- examination of the conformity with the project of the execution studies carried out by the companies (VISA);

- Department for the execution of works contracts (DET);

- Scheduling, coordination and management of construction site (OPC);

- Assistance to the client during reception operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR).

Additional assistance missions will be entrusted to the project manager, in particular for the definition and choice of furniture equipment. These elements are defined at the CCTP. As an indication, it is specified the provisional cost of the works is estimated at 1,300,000 EUR HT. The market breaks down as follows:

- firm phase: C1 = 600,000 EUR excluding tax:

—— the renovation of the four façades of the second floor;

—— the removal of the pyramidal canopy on the second floor;

—— improvement of thermal, acoustic and light comfort conditions on the floor;

—— energetic optimization of the floor;

—— renovation of the glass roof of the meeting room / dining area on the upper ground floor;

- optional phase n ° 1: C2 = 200,000 EUR excluding tax:

—— redevelopment of the 143 m floor 2 with modification of the mezzanine and transformation with an increase in the surface area converted into meeting rooms and offices;

- optional tranche 2: C3 = 200,000 EUR excluding tax:

—— the redevelopment of the 135 m high ground floor 2 (circulation, local paper storage, space under pyramid) with enlargement of sanitary facilities for men and women and creation or reservation of access to the lower ground floor;

- optional tranche 3: C4 = 300,000 EUR excluding tax:

—— air conditioning of offices and building premises.

Additional assistance missions will be entrusted to the project manager, namely: the definition and choice of furniture equipment. In this context, the project manager must plan the reorganization and renovation of the existing furniture, and if necessary propose to supplement it with new furniture, in order to optimize the functional use of the premises, taking into account the demand. users.
