The object of the contract is the renovation of 92 public housing units and the development of the parking lots and surrounding areas located at Avenue de la Corderie 41-43-61-63n at 7301 Hornu.

On the occasion of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to fight against social dumping and social fraud and to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by carrying out an effort of training, integration or socio-professional integration.
