This contract, awarded under the open tender procedure, concerns installation and removal of festive electrical equipment for illuminations, the installation of supports, control equipment and protections, as well as all power supplies related to illuminations.

The equipment to be put in place will be provided by the technical services of the city of Le Bourget, according to the implementation plans.

The services are the subject of a framework agreement without minimum and maximum passed in application of article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 and article R. 2162-4 3 o of the public order code. This framework agreement sets all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when issuing purchase orders, in accordance with Article R. 2162-13 of the code of the public order.

The service includes the preparation of the equipment prior to installation, the installation of all Christmas illuminations and the verification of the good condition of the consumable, the lighting of the city which will take place at the beginning of December of each year as well as than the removal of all the illuminations.

All installations must be operational from 1 st December of each year. The end of the illuminations is scheduled for the end of January of the following year unless otherwise ordered.

The removal of all illuminations will take place until the end of March of each year.
