this contract is awarded in the form of an open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Public Order Code. The market is a market for insurance services. The contributions will be calculated according to the premium rate applicable to the variable base defined to the parts of the market.the contract is not allocated within the meaning of Articles L2113-10, L2113-11, R2113-2 and R2113-3 of the Public Order Code, because the object does not allow the identification of distinct services. The market is not a slice market.The market will take effect on January 1, 2024 at zero o'clock. It will automatically renew each year until 31 December 2027 at midnight, unless there is no renewal under the termination conditions set by the deed of commitment.the tenderer must accept the requests made by the consultation documents. The total rejection of the special clauses (or its substitution by the tenderer's insurance conditions), or the inversion of the hierarchy of texts will lead to the rejection of the tender for irregularity.the tenderer proposes a global offer composed of the basic solution as well as an imposed variant (the response to this variant is mandatory under penalty of rejection of the tender).
