: The subject of the contract is transport and transport of children from the Municipality of Niepołomice to the Primary School 3 Maja 23 Street and 3 Szkolna Street in Niepołomice, transport to the Wincenty Witos Primary School in Wola Batorska, transport and drop-off of disabled children from the Niepołomice Commune to the Brother Alojzy Kosiba School Complex in Wieliczka, Erazm Józef Jerzmanowski SPzOI in Wieliczka (**) along with the provision of care during travel on the above-mentioned routes and delivery and drop-off of children disabled people from the Niepołomice commune to the School and Kindergarten in Zabierzów Bocheński and transport of children to the Primary School with Integration Classes to Grodkowice (based on the school year 2022/2023) and to the School and Educational Center in Bochnia, 67 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street (- on the basis of the submitted application.)

Route No. 3) Children from the Niepołomice Commune - Brother Alojzy Kosiba School Complex in Wieliczka, (the nearest possible stop - the School Complex in Wieliczka - the nearest possible stop)

Route no. 4) Children from the area of Niepołomice Municipality - Kindergart/Primary School in Zabierzów Bocheński - Children from the area of Niepołomice Municipality

Transport divided into two routes, children transported by two vehicles (19-person) must be adapted to transport disabled people (they are to have ramps for wheelchairs - entry in the registration certificate required).

Route No. 6) Children from the Municipality of Niepołomice - Primary School with Integration Classes in Grodkowice and School and Educational Center in Bochnia - Zakrzowiec - Grodkowice - Bochnia, number of children - 2 (**), expected number of km - 19 km + 27km = 46km (**) per day.

Estimated number of km during the term of the subject of the contract in the school year 2023/2024: 65.888 km.

For the purpose of calculating the price, 65,888 km during the term of the contract shall be used.

The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled children from the Municipality of Niepołomice to Adaptation and Rehabilitation Centers, Special Schools, School and Educational Centers and back to the place of residence, along with the provision of care during the journey, and to the Erazm Józef Jerzmanowski SPzOI in Wieliczka - Children from the Municipality of Niepołomice (based on the school year 2022/2023).

Transport divided into four routes, the ordering party reserves that children should be transported by four vehicles due to the time of departure of the first child to school and due to the disability of children, all vehicles must be adapted to transport disabled people (have ramps for wheelchairs - entry in the registration certificate required).

Number of children - 23 (**) (based on submitted applications for the school year 2022/2023);

Transport in the school year 2023/2024, i.e. 12 months - (from September 1, 2023),

Number of days - school year 2023/2024 - 192 days

Estimated number of daily kilometres: on routes to Krakow: 404 (**) km per day

Estimated number of kilometers during the term of the contract on routes to Krakow: 77.568 (**)km

For the purpose of calculating the price, 77,568 km should be used during the contract period
