The contract is reserved for suitable companies and ESATs in application of article L. 2113-12 of the public order code. The services provided under this contract:

- for the annual maintenance service, the services will be paid by application of the fixed prices indicated in the Breakdown of the global and fixed price (DPGF) and will be carried out under the conditions defined in the CCTP;

- for exceptional maintenance services, the services will be paid by applying the prices appearing in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) according to the terms defined in Article 1.3.2 of the CCTP. These services on order forms are likely to vary within the following annual limits: minimum annual amount: without annual minimum, maximum annual amount: EUR 50,000 excl. Tax / year.

This consultation concerns the maintenance services of school green spaces, certain parks and sites in the municipality of La Seyne-sur-Mer. The precise description of the technical specifications is indicated in the special technical clauses.
