The acquisition includes software development and professional services related to extensions, plugins and integrations and uses of the Haaga-Helia Peppi system.

On the basis of the acquisition, a framework scheme shall be formed, in which one (1) service provider is selected.

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The acquisition includes professional services related to the development and implementation of integrations of the Haaga-Helia Peppi system set of extensions, connectivity and, inter alia, reporting and implementing integrations, insofar as the services are not of the actual Peppi vendor (Peppi consortium) or Peppi plugins the responsibility of potential commercial suppliers.

Haaga-Helia's earlier agreement on the program micro development, integrations and maintenance of Peppi system extensions, plugins and integrations has ended.

The Peppi system has been in use in Haaga-Helia since 2018. Several extensions and integrations have been made to the system with other systems in use at Haaga-Helia. The Peppi system is developed under the guidance of a consortium formed by several colleges and extensions and interfaces by commercial operators and various colleges. Plugins and extensions and integrations used by Haaga-Helia are described in the procurement documents. Some of these are under Haaga-Helia's own maintenance and development responsibility, for which Haaga-Helia is seeking a service provider.

A number of projects expanding and developing the service have been planned during 2022—2025, as detailed in the appendices to the call for tender.

Software development and professional services at unit price include e.g. Haaga-Helia is responsible for the maintenance and development of existing functionalities, as well as the maintenance and development of integrations between them and the other Haaga-Helia systems, and other professional services such as surveys, operational training and guidance maintenance.
