The State Chancellery as the authority of the Prime Minister and the highest state authorities inform the press and citizens about

the work of the state government. For this purpose, the creation of high-quality, professionally created photographs as well as corresponding short video materials is regularly necessary, which document the appointments of the Prime Minister or the head of the house as well as the ministers of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The up to fifteen photographers (pool) commissioned by the State Chancellery and the highest state authorities (hereinafter referred to as contractors) must prepare high-quality image documentation at meetings of the Prime Minister, the State Chancellery and the highest state authorities.
