The subject of the contract is the delivery of OHS footwear.
The list of estimated quantities of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ (unit price form), while the technical description contains Annex 7 to the SWZ (detailed description of the subject of the contract). The given quantities of the subject of the order are the maximum quantities of the subject of the order that can be ordered by the Ordering Party and are used to compare and evaluate offers.
The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders within the meaning of Article 2(6) of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts, hereinafter referred to as "Tasks".
Task No. 1 – Off-road footwear with membrane
Task 2 – Rubber and rubber-felt boots
The terms of the contract are set out in the draft contract (Annex 3 to the SWZ). The warranty period for the delivered assortment is 24 months.
Off-road footwear with membraneThe subject of the contract is the delivery of OHS footwear. 'The offer shall be accompanied by footwear designs in the following sizes:

including tasks 1a, 2a and 2b, one of the shoes should be presented in a longitudinal cross-section, providing the possibility of assessing the footwear. Specimens should be submitted to each item specified in the unit price form (Annex 8 to the Terms of Reference), in accordance with the above-mentioned guidelines. Designs are submitted together with the offer, constituting part of the offer and in the event of their failure to submit or incomplete designs submitted, the offer is subject to rejection pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law.
In the event that the Ordering Party has doubts as to the offered assortment in terms of its compliance with the description of the subject of the contract, it may order footwear tests in an accredited body at the expense of the Contractor or call on the Contractor to send analyzes, attestations, test reports or other documents containing technical and functional indicators of fabrics used to perform the subject of the contract, confirming the fulfillment of the requirements contained in the description of the subject of the contract. These documents should be issued by an accredited testing laboratory.
