The subject of the order is the management services in the recovery process R1 of waste code 191212 derived from the processing of mixed and selectively supplied municipal waste as a so-called oversieve fraction > 80 mm, with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry matter. The waste batches received may vary in value and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims with respect to the Contracting Authority. The waste will be loaded in bulk on the means of transport of the Contracting Authority or the Carrier hired by him and delivered to the installation indicated by the Contractor.
