1.The object of the order is the cleaning service of buildings of 4 courts: the Regional Court in Wrocław, the District Court in Wołów, the District Court in Strzelin and the District Court in Milicz.
The subject of the order was described in detail separately for each of the courts. Detailed descriptions of the object of the order are set out in Annexes No 1A,1B,1C and 1D to SWZ corresponding to the four parts of the order.
2. The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The entire order was divided into four parts:
(a) part 1 of the cleaning service of the buildings of the County Court in Wrocław,
(b) part 2— cleaning service of buildings of the District Court in Volowo,
(c) Part 3 — cleaning service of buildings of the District Court in Strzelin,
(d) part 4 — cleaning service of buildings of the District Court in Milicz.

(a) District Court in Wrocław — 15,860,72 m²
b) District Court in Volovie—2,224.85 m²
c) District Court of Strzelin—1,413,68 m²
d) District Court in Milica-1,009,62 m²
The cleaning service of the buildings of the County Court in WrocławThe object of the first part of the order is the cleaning service of the buildings of the County Court in Wrocław. Housekeeping service of buildings of the District Court in StrzelinThe object of the third part of the order is the cleaning service of buildings of the District Court in Strzelin. The total area of cleaned rooms of the District Court in Strzelin is 1,413.68 m². For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Appendix No 1C to SWZ.
