Energieversorgung Schwerin GmbH und Co. Generation KG is a 100% subsidiary of Stadtwerke Schwerin GmbH and has been operating a gas and steam turbine thermal power station at each of the Schwerin Süd and Schwerin Lankow locations since 1994.
The cogeneration plants put into operation in 1994 are to be modernized within the framework of the currently valid KWKG (in the version of 2017) - due to the advanced age of system parts and the energy requirements.
The modernization measures for the CHP plant in Schwerin Lankow essentially include the following measures:
- replacing the gas turbines with a Solar Titan 130,
- Conversion of the waste heat boiler from steam to hot water
- the resulting adaptation of waste heat boilers,
- the renewal of power plant control technology/electrical engineering as well as
- the modernization of further peripheral plant components.
Lot 352 includes the connection of the newly installed generator, the EB transformers, 0.4kV switchgear, motors and other components. A large part of the cables have to be rerouted, but also rewired. Most of the cable routes will be used again, but new routes will also have to be installed. The contractor must supply the cabling and alignment according to the latest state of the art, including all necessary accessories for proper and safe operation.
These include, but are not limited to:
• Manufacturing,
• Examination,
• Transport,
• the complete assembly,
• commissioning,
• the complete documentation in German,
• trial operation,
• acceptance.
