Outsourcing by the City of Liège of the printing and sending of its mass outgoing mail flows

The market will include:

• receiving pdf files and address files (excel and csv);

• receiving metadata files (CML, Excel, CSV) and templates to be merged;

• the application of address blocks, including mail ID and recommended in pdf files;

• printing/enveloping;

• routing;

• postal deposit and postage.
