EA Replacement of an HR system including implementation and design PFL - 2762575

The Client wants to enter into an Agreement including implementation and furnishings with a maximum duration of 12 years. The assignment consists of the working delivery and then provision, including maintenance management and support, of an ICT solution for an HR system with a design for the province of Flevoland including the execution of the salary processing.

The province wants to contract a party that makes all functionalities available as a SaaS solution, and carries out this assignment for the contracting authority.
