The object of the order is the maintenance of stops in the territory of the city of Walbrzych and the maintenance of passenger information at stops located within the municipalities with which the Municipality of Wałbrzych concluded
Agreement on the implementation of tasks in the field of local collective transport.
Material scope:
Wałbrzych Municipality: 294 stops, including 161 carport, 204 waste baskets, 49 electronic passenger information boards, 103 illuminated advertising display cases and 47 illuminated display cases for timetables.
Other municipalities: 162 stops equipped with distribution plates in the territory of the gmina Szczawno-Zdrój, Gmina Jedlina-Zdrój, Gmina Głuszyca, Gmina Walim, Gmina Mieroszów, Gmina Boguszów-Gorce, Gmina Stare Bogaczowice.

Other municipalities: 162 stops equipped with distribution plates in the territory of the gmina Szczawno-Zdrój, Gmina Jedlina-Zdrój, Gmina Głuszyca, Gmina Walim, Gmina Mieroszów, Gmina Boguszów-Gorce, Gmina Stare Bogaczowice.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to enter into the range of services provided by the Contractor during the duration of the contract under a lump sum remuneration:
— in the territory of the municipality of Wałbrzych: 5 additional stops, 10 stop cars, 10 waste baskets, 10 illuminated advertising display cases, 10 additional plates of dynamic passenger information,
— on the territory of other municipalities with which the municipality of Wałbrzych has concluded an agreement to carry out tasks in the field of local collective transport (also municipalities with which the agreement will be concluded after the signing of the contract in this procurement procedure): 20 additional stops.
The scope of service of the stops includes:
— the current control of the technical status of the construction and equipment of the stops,
— maintenance, repair and replacement of all equipment of the stops,
— maintenance, repair and replacement of vertical marking,
— current placement and download of timetables, diagrams, announcements,
— the current removal of illegal advertisements and washing up of paintings (graffiti),
— setting up temporary stops with their equipment,
— service and repair of dynamic passenger information boards,
— additional lighting of 10 stop carport 10 display cases for timetables,
— horizontal marking of stops,
— installation and disassembly of waste baskets,
— dismantling, transport and scrapping of the stop carport,
— cleaning and maintenance of the elements of the stops,
— washing waste baskets,
— external washing of ticket outlets,
— the transfer of four stop carport,
— installation of two stop shatters,
— renovation of the bench of the station,
— washing the stop infrastructure,
— summer and winter maintenance of the cleanliness of the stops.
The Contractor will be required to provide telephone calls from 6.00 to 22.00 on all days of the week guaranteeing the Contractor's constant telephone contact with the Ordering Party and the Municipal Guard, Police and Municipal Office in Walbrzych.
The Contractor shall, in his own right, supply the materials necessary for the implementation of the contract.
The value of purchased materials intended for the repair and maintenance of stop equipment for works covered by a lump sum shall not exceed PLN 36 000,00 gross from VAT during the duration of the contract.
The Ordering Authority requires for easier contact with the Contractor to equip the employee with surveillance with a mobile phone and access to e-mail. The Contractor is obliged to keep the Ordering Party informed of changes to the telephone number or email address.
The Contractor shall be obliged, from 6.00 to 22.00 on all days of the week (within the time limit specified in the offer from receipt of the notification), to remove in immediate mode hazards caused by damage to shatters and other stop equipment due to road traffic collisions, vandalism or action nature forces directly affecting the safety of passengers waiting at the stop — reported by telephone by the Ordering Authority, the City Guard, the Police and the Municipal Authority — or securing them, in the absence of the possibility of immediate removal of threats.
