The aim of the procurement is to create a framework agreement for the rental service of air purifiers for the use of the subscribers. The service to be procured includes high-quality air purifiers for the removal of fine particles and gaseous pollutants and their maintenance as a comprehensive service as described in the invitation to tender.

Air purifiers should be based on the collecting method. The air purifier provided must not produce compounds in the indoor air to purify indoor air pollutants.

During the contract period, the subscribers procure the rental services of air purification equipment under the conditions specified in this invitation to tender and its appendices. Services are procured during the contract period only according to actual need, subscribers do not commit to certain procurement volumes.

The monthly price of the rental service includes maintenance and accessories. All maintenance is carried out by the service provider.

This is a framework agreement between three (3) service providers for the rental of air purifiers.

During the contract period, Subscribers can order the rental service of individual equipment based on the overall economic advantage, in which case the choice in assignments is influenced by the order of preference, the operation of the Service Provider already in the same property, resources, delivery schedule and complaints. Subscribers also have the opportunity to request tenders from the contract suppliers of the framework agreement (so-called mini-tendering) for larger entities.

In a mini-tendering process, the Customer sends an enquiry about the procurement by e-mail or using an electronic tendering system to the contract suppliers involved in the framework agreement. In addition to the price, the selection may be based on quality factors determined by the Customer. In a mini-tendering process, the Service Provider has the opportunity to reduce the contract price for the order/purchase in question.
