1. The subject of the contract is the provision of revitalization services for 2 water reservoirs and active protection of herpetofauna in the Jurassic Landscape Parks within the Landscape Park Complex of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

2. The Awarding Entity allows submission of partial offers in the following scope (for 1 or both parts):

A. part I: Pond in Aleksandrowice - plot No. 61/15;

B. part II: Papki pond - plot No. 1860/4.

3. The Employer does not limit the number of parts of the contract for which the Contractor may submit an offer or the number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.
