1. Modernization of the 400 kV AC / 450 kV DC converter station Słupsk - modernization of SOT and construction of a fence and access road to the gate.

3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications

and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the Contracting Authority "or equivalent".

4. Pursuant to Article 101 (5) of the Act, the Contractor who invokes the equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority shall demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority, provided that the Contractor proves in to offer, in particular by means of evidence in question referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions to an equivalent extent meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract.
