The guarantee is acquired: because of the persons in the service of the insured, because of the property of which the insured has the ownership, custody or use, and in particular all vehicles or machines for damage not covered by the obligation of motor insurance, because of all the activities and skills of the insured and all services, including ancillary services, consultancy activities, training services

lot 5: Repatriation assistance. The purpose of this lot is a repatriation assistance contract whose purpose is to cover the assistance and repatriation of beneficiary persons when they are travelling or staying in France or abroad, including overseas territories, as part of a group or individual trip or stay on behalf of the subscriber or as part of his activity. It is agreed that for each mission or business trip, the guarantees take effect from the moment the beneficiary leaves his administrative residence or his family residence and cease on his return to the first rally of the two. lot 8: Directors' liability.
