This consultation is launched by the company Batigère, a social enterprise for housing.

Its purpose is the establishment of a supply contract and the transmission of electricity in single contracts and associated services of sites owned or managed by members of the Batigère order group.

This group of orders has 11 members.

The company Batigère has been designated coordinator of this group.

The contract will be in the form of a multi-beneficiary framework agreement executing through subsequent procurement.

Expected benefits are defined within the DCE.

The contract is alloti (Enedis territory, ELD territory).

Lot 1 supply and transmission of electricity under single contracts and associated services for subscribed power delivery points exceeding 36 kVA located in the territory of Enedis:

- technical service 1: delivery points currently in C4,

- technical service 2: power delivery points currently subscribed in C3,

- technical service 3: delivery points in type C4 temporary connection,

- technical service 4: delivery points in C3 type temporary connection.

Lot 2 supply and transmission of electricity under single contracts and associated services for subscribed power delivery points of up to 36 kVA located in the territory of Enedis:

- technical service 1: delivery points currently in basic C5,

- technical service 2: delivery points currently in C5 called HP / HC,

- technical service 3: delivery points currently in C5 with 4 time ranges (if present),

- technical service 4: delivery points in type C5 temporary connection.

Lot 3 supply and transmission of electricity under single contracts and associated services for delivery points located on the territory of local distribution companies in the Moselle territory:

- technical service 1: delivery points currently in C4,

- technical service 2: delivery points currently in C3,

- technical service 3: delivery points in type C4 temporary connection,

- technical service 4: delivery points in C3 type temporary connection,

- technical service 5: delivery points currently in basic C5,

- technical service 6: delivery points currently in C5 called HP / HC,

- technical service 7: delivery points currently in C5 with 4 time ranges (if present),

- technical service 8: delivery points in temporary connection of type C5.
