The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development, secondary use of the forest, maintenance of fire roads as well as nursery management and seed production to be carried out in the Trzebież Forest District in 2023. The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended) and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds and in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure".
Package 1 (01.L.01.03) – forestry: Nowe Warpno, PieniceThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") to be performed in the Trzebież Forest District in 2023 in the forests of Nowe Warpno, Pienice.
Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. died.).
The Ordering Party demands a deposit of PLN 70,000.
Security for proper performance of the contract - 2% of the total price of a given Package [PLN gross].
The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors.
Package 2 (02.L.02.05) – forestry: Myślibórz, Poddymin;The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") to be performed in the Trzebież Forest District in 2023 in the Myślibórz, Poddymin forestry.
Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. died.).
The Ordering Party demands a deposit of PLN 60,000.
Security for proper performance of the contract - 2% of the total price of a given Package [PLN gross].
The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks regarding the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors.
Package 3 (03.L.04.07) – forestry: Mazańczyce, TurznicaThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") to be performed in the Trzebież Forest District in 2023 in the Mazańczyce and Turznica forestry.
