1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in monitoring the conservation status of natural habitats in Natura 2000 areas, divided into the following parts:

(a) part I: inventory of natural habitats 9130, 9190, 91E0 and 91F0 in the Natura 2000 Dolina Mogielnica site PLH300033;

b) part II: monitoring of the conservation status of natural habitats 7140, 7210, 9170, 91E0 and 91F0 and Loesel's lipiennik in the Natura 2000 Ostoja near Promno site PLH300030;

c) part III: monitoring of the conservation status of natural habitats 6510, 9170, 9190, 91E0 and 91F0 in the Natura 2000 Struga Białośliwska site PLH300054;

d) part IV: monitoring of the conservation status of natural habitat 3150 in the Natura 2000 Ostoja Międzychodzko – Sierakowska PLH300032 site;

e) part V: monitoring of the conservation status of natural habitats 2330,3260,4030, 91E0 and 91T0 in the Natura 2000 site Lake Kubek PLH30006

2. The subject of the contract includes, for part I: a full inventory, i.e. identification of all patches of natural habitats 9130, 9190, 91E0 and 91F0 in a Natura 2000 site. Field surveys should also include verification of the occurrence of the above-mentioned natural habitats

in the locations indicated in the documentation prepared for the purpose of preparing the PZO (shp layer – Annex 1 to OPZ):

- an assessment of the conservation status of the natural habitat should be carried out at each confirmed site,

- where another natural habitat is found at the indicated location, a conservation assessment must be carried out for that natural habitat,

- if the natural habitat is not confirmed at the indicated location, a simplified observation sheet shall be completed

The subject of the contract includes an assessment of the security status of:

a) natural habitat 7140 on the site whose range is represented by the shp layer (Annex 1a to OPZ)

(b) natural habitat 7210 at the site whose location is indicated

in conservation measure No. 27 in the plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Ostoja area near Promno PLH300030 (Dz. Woj. Wlkp of 2014, item 2115, as amended.

of 2015, item 8494 and 2016, item 4886);

(c) natural habitats:

- 9170 – for min. 10 stations,

- 91E0 – for min. 8 stations,

- 91F0 – for min. 5 seats;

The Contracting Authority shall provide access to the shp layer (Annex 3 to OPZ) containing test stands on which a security assessment was carried out in previous years.

d) Loesel's lipiennik on the site, the range of which is represented by the shp layer (Annex 3 to OPZ).

The subject of the contract includes the assessment of the conservation status of natural habitats 6510, 9170, 9190, 91E0 and 91F0 on a representative number of sites, in accordance with conservation measure No. 9 in the plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 site Struga Białośliwka PLH300054 (Dz. Woj. Wlkp of 2015, item 5510)

The subject of the contract includes the assessment of the conservation status of natural habitat 3150 in three locations specified in the plan of protection tasks included in the Forest Management Plan of the Sieraków Forest District (for the years 2016-2025): Sieraków precinct, odz, 58c – Jez. Moczydło, odz. 75o – Jez. Głęboczek 1, odz. 85j – Jez. Depth 2.

The subject of the contract includes the assessment of the conservation status of natural habitats 2330, 3260, 4030, 91E0 and 91T0 at a representative number of sites, also taking into account the locations indicated in the documentation to the plan of protection tasks and expert opinions made available by the Contracting Authority (Annexes 6, 7 and 8). Field studies should cover the entire Natura 2000 site, after the extension of borders in 2019.

(a) With regard to the natural habitat 91T0, an inventory of that habitat shall be carried out in the whole Natura 2000 site concerned and the conservation status shall be assessed at all test sites identified. The test site is understood in this case as a patch of natural habitat 91T0, homogeneous in terms of basic structural features of vegetation, in particular: age and composition of the stand, tree stand compactness, presence and short circuit of shrubs and the composition of the undergrowth or aphid layer.

b) With regard to natural habitats 2330 and 4030, the Contractor shall assess the legitimacy of maintaining these habitats as objects of protection in the Natura 2000 Kubek Lake site.
