Harzwasserwerke GmbH intends to build and operate a third drinking water tank at the Lewerberg site, northwest of the village of Groß Döhren (Liebenburg municipality). The new building will be required to ensure a safe drinking water supply in the future.

The annual release of drinking water from the Lewerberg high tank has increased in recent years. There are currently 2 drinking water tanks at the Lewerberg site, which together have a DHW cylinder capacity of 38,000 m3 . With the new construction of the drinking water tank III, this storage volume is now to be expanded by 20,000 m3 . The site is located in an FFH protected area (Salzgitterscher Höhenzug (southern part). As of the current situation, the total costs amount to approximately EUR 12.8 million net, including underground pipelines.

In this process, the necessary planning services are tendered (in particular, structural engineering structures and outdoor facilities as well as structural design and technical equipment). The underground pipeline construction (including shaft structures) is planned by the AG and is therefore not part of the tender.

— Site planning of civil engineering structures Lph 1-7, optionally Lph 8-9 according to § 43 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 12, number 12.1,

— Structural design Lph 1-6 according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14, number 14.1,

— Technical equipment Lph 1-7, optionally Lph 8-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15, number 15.1 for the following plant groups:

—— 1. Wastewater, water or gas installations

—— 3. Ventilation systems

—— 4th power plants

—— 5. Telecommunications or information technology installations.

Outdoor facilities:

— Object planning of outdoor areas Lph 1-7, optionally Lph 8-9 according to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11, number 11.1.

Special / additional services:

For object planning engineering structures:

— BIM method based on customer information requirements (AIA), modeling software default REVIT, existing drawings Microstation 2D,

— mixing calculation,

— creation of a fire protection concept,

— Hygiene concept acc. to DVGW W300-1 (A) No 7.5,

— site service planning,

— Optional: Local construction supervision of civil engineering structures as a special service in accordance with Appendix 12, number 12.1 to Section 43 (4) HOAI,

— Optional: involvement in commissioning,

— Optional: creation of a container book or documentation of the container system,

— Optional: Create inventory plans (ASBuilt model).

For structural design:

— Concrete technology consultancy,
