The university city of Marburg intends to build two extensions to the Elisabethschule in Marburg. In addition, parts of the existing façade are to be completely renovated in terms of energy efficiency. In addition, a number of modifications to the existing structure are necessary, which are on the one hand related to the extension extensions and on the other hand to the restructuring of the entire building complex towards a cluster structure (fire protection) as well as changes in the context of digitalisation. To support this, we are looking for an architectural firm to carry out the property planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI in LPH 1-9.

After a competition, which is evaluated on the basis of the Applicant Selection Scoring Matrix, 3 - 5 applicants will be selected for presentation and tendering, who will be evaluated according to the award matrix. For this purpose, a written presentation document on the award criteria is to be prepared. Approximately 5 slides are to be created for each award criterion and presented at the negotiation date. If possible, the presentation should not exceed 30 slides, including a general part.

The procedure will be divided into two lots:

- Lot 1: Extension with conversion of Block C (with part D)

- Lot 2: Clustering and fire protection.
