I. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive insurance services for the City of Nowy Sącz and organizational units, which includes civil liability insurance, property insurance, motor insurance and accident insurance.

II. The Contracting Authority divides the order into 3 parts, hereinafter referred to as the "Tasks", i.e.:

1. Task I - Civil liability and property insurance

2. Task II – Motor insurance

3. Task III - Accident insurance

III. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1 "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract" to the Terms of Reference.

1. Task I - Civil liability and property insurance:

a) Civil liability insurance for business and property.

(b) Third-party liability insurance for road management.

c) All-risk property insurance.

d) All-risk insurance for electronic equipment.

2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1 "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract" to the Terms of Reference

1.Task II – Motor insurance:

Motor insurance for vehicles owned or used by the Ordering Party:

(a) liability insurance of motor vehicle holders,

b) Comprehensive insurance,

c) Personal accident insurance.

d) Insurance assistance.

2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix 1 "Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract" to the Terms of Reference.

1. Task III - Accident insurance:

a) Accident insurance for members of Volunteer Fire Brigades – scope I.

b) Accident insurance for members of Volunteer Fire Brigades and Youth Fire Teams – scope II.

c) Insurance of accidents of persons assigned to work by a court decision, persons assigned to public works, socially useful works, intervention works, convicted persons performing work outside the plant for the Contracting Authority, interns, apprentices, volunteers.
