Abellio Rail Baden-Württemberg GmbH (hereinafter "AG") is building a maintenance workshop for 52 multiple units in Pforzheim (Durlacher Straße). The AG is looking for a contractor for the creation, delivery and assembly of storage components for the storage of pallets, small parts and hazardous substances. The tendered service includes the detailed planning according to specifications of the AG, delivery, installation as well as the initial inspection and acceptance of the shelving system. The delivery and assembly of the warehouse components will be on call from the beginning of June 2019 until the end of September at the latest.

The AG issues a works / delivery contract for warehouse components. We are looking for a contractor who, as part of the provision of services, designs, delivers, assembles, first inspects, and supervises acceptance of the bearing components in detail based on the specifications of the AG.

The contract will be awarded to the most economical offer. The most economical offer is determined on the basis of the best price-performance ratio. In addition to the price, the fulfillment of quality criteria, which are listed in the tender documents, is taken into account. Overall, the price is weighted at 75%, with 70% again being the best price for the standard order and 5% for optional price positions. The quality criteria are weighted at a total of 25%.
