Preventive and curative maintenance of automatic garage doors, automated gates and lifting barriers of Bondy Habitat heritage residences.

4-year firm single-award framework agreement including:

- preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment described as part of a total guarantee of the installations with obligation of result, concluded at global and fixed price,

- repair work following an act of vandalism, carried out on purchase orders, as and when required and in compliance with the maximum amount of 200,000 EUR HT over the total duration. Variants initiated by candidates are allowed. They can only relate to the deadlines, the methodology, the frequency of intervention, the quality of the equipment and spare parts used to rationalize the facilities or facilitate maintenance. A variant is planned corresponding to additional services linked to the establishment of a telephone and technical standby, allowing the breakdown service of installations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It must be encrypted in the act of engagement. Bondy Habitat will decide when awarding the contract whether or not to retain this additional service.
