In accordance with the terms and conditions of the special specifications, the tenderer agrees to the contracting authority to provide insurance services.
The various lots of this contract constitute an insurance portfolio including the following insurance:
— lot 1 — insurance for missions abroad;
— Lot 2 — Insurance “Accidents at Work”, including covers;
— lot 3 — “Civil liability” insurance for staff and administrators;
— Lot 4 — Fire and related peril insurance, comprising two (2) types of coverage;
— lot 5 — all risk insurance, computer and electronic equipment;
— Lot 6 — Cyber Protection Insurance.
Insurance for missions abroadInsurance for missions abroad, with two (2) types of coverage:
— insurance covering medical expenses, deaths, significant delays, cancellation of a trip;
— assistance to people and vehicles.
"Work accidents" insuranceLot 2: Insurance “Accident at work”, including coverage:
— work from home
— accident on the road to work,
— temporary missions,
— events,
— assistance in the event of a disaster.
Insurance “Staff and Administrator's Liability”Personnel and Administrator Liability Insurance, with two (2) types of coverage:
— professional liability, operation and after delivery/work;
- juridic protection.
“Fire and related perils” insuranceFire and related peril insurance, comprising two (2) types of coverage:
— fire and related perils,
- juridic protection.
All risk insurance, computer and electronic equipmentThe bidder guarantees the computer, office or electronic equipment owned by, leased by or made available to the CIRB during his stay in buildings owned by, or leased by the CIRB, in any other place in connection with the activity of the CIRB (public or private entities of the Brussels-Capital Region), and any other place in relationship with personnel working for or under the authority of the IARC.
“Cyber Protection” InsuranceThe purpose of the insurance is to guarantee both the own damage resulting from a “cyber” incident, and damage to third parties.
