As part of the development concession agreement signed on 27 April 2023, the territorial public institution Boucle Nord de Seine has entrusted CITALLIOS with the implementation of the future Zone d'Aménagement Concerté (ZAC) des Courtilles, located on the territory of the municipality of Asnières-sur-Seine. It is in this context that the present contract is concluded. This contract is concluded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement. This Framework Agreement shall be executed through subsequent contracts. To this end, this SMCC defines the cases in which a subsequent contract will be used. Each party to the framework agreement complies with the corresponding provisions of the Public Procurement Code (Articles R.2162-7 to R.2162-12).

CITALLIOS must designate a structuring partner for the implementation of this development operation, the Urban Project Management, in charge of drawing up documents and/or updating framework documents for the operation, monitoring construction projects, designing and monitoring public space works. It is in this context that the present contract is concluded. This contract is concluded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement. This Framework Agreement shall be executed through subsequent contracts. To this end, this SMCC defines the cases in which a subsequent contract will be used.
