Due to the limited service life of the structures between AS BN-Endenich and AK BN-Nord, replacement new buildings are required. In the area of the bridge Tausendfüßler and Dransdorfer Weg run below the A565 the tracks of the Stadtwerke Bonn and the DB. In the course of this measure, the tracks must be rebuilt in advance so that demolition and replacement construction can be carried out.
The object of this contract is the planning of the required automatic short-circuit device for lines 16 and 18 of Stadtwerke Bonn in the area of the Tausendfüßler bridge structure.
For the railway lines 16 and 18 of Stadtwerke Bonn, an automatic short-circuit device is to be planned. For these planning services, the tender documents must then be drawn up and the technical supervision carried out at a later date.
The scope of the services is based on the service phases 3 to 6 and 8 of the HOAI.
The following services are to be covered in the course of this contract:
1) Development of the design for the automatic short-circuiting device
2) Development of an overall earthing concept including the existing main railway line, the light rail lines for the construction state with the temporary protective enclosures and final state as well as the planned steel bridge
3) Compilation of the required documents from the design planning for the technical supervisory authority, EBA and building law office
4) Development of the implementation planning on the basis of the design planning and the conditions from the approval planning
5) Specifications according to STLK including quantity determination and construction specification separately for the area of Deutsche Bahn AG and the Stadtbahn
6) Construction supervision, which includes the instruction of the company to be carried out on the construction site as well as a random check of the execution. The scope of services also includes:
- Participation in construction meetings as required in cooperation with the construction management
- Input for construction sequence planning
- Measurement with the company to be carried out and invoice control, claims management
- Organization and execution of the technical and legal acceptance
