The subject of the contract is the supply of a 9-11 metre watercraft with equipment (including a fully equipped ground trailer) in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract, which is annex no. 1 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to as the “Specification”.

In addition, the scope of the contract includes the training referred to in §2 of the proposed provisions of the contract, which are Annex 5 to the Specification.
