The object of the order is the renovation of a multi-family residential building at 12 Dworcowa Street in Wrocław. The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) replacement of window joinery in the stairwell and the front door to the building from the side of the yard;

2) modernization of ventilation;

3) robots in the basement of the building — the construction of the room of the heat node together with the necessary installations;

4) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations, including:

(a) the conversion of the heating method for heating fed from the urban grid with the dismantling of current heat sources,

(b) the installation of hot water and circulation in the building together with the dismantling of the current sources for the preparation of hot water,

(c) reconstruction of cold water installations;

5) the implementation of the investment marking in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the SWZ.
